Here, in verses 57–66, God puts Himself on display at the birth of John the Baptist. Like Zacharias and Elizabeth, our joy and adoration for God is the result of His faithfulness to fulfill His promise.
1. The Celebration: The Promise of God Is Seen (vv. 57-58).
2. The Certainty: The Purpose of God Is Secured (vv. 59-63).
3. The Confirmation: The Power of God Is Substantiated (vv. 64-66).
